Coordinates onboarding, terminations, employee records, personnel actions, recruiting activities, interviews, reference checks, and HR communications. Explains policies, supports administrative functions, and assists with company events and employee activities. Requires HR experience, knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws, Mandarin proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, strong organization, communication, judgment, and reliability. HR credentials are preferred.

Supports business operations through purchase order management, order processing, vendor coordination, CRM and database maintenance, reporting, shipping logistics, inventory tracking, and cross-functional project support. Coordinates domestic and international shipments, prepares shipping documentation, assists with events and marketing activities, and helps improve operational workflows. Requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Develops business for biotech products and services by identifying prospects, building relationships with biotech and biopharma scientists, negotiating contracts, attending industry events, and supporting marketing and brand awareness. The role focuses on immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, preclinical pharmacology, and related biopharmaceutical applications.
