Supports the global Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives. Reviews quality records, complaints, non-conformances, CAPAs, change controls, and effectiveness checks; conducts root-cause investigations; maintains procedures and training materials; supports audits, risk assessments, GDP compliance, regulatory inspection readiness, and quality reviews. Delivers training, analyzes quality trends and KPIs, and collaborates with global stakeholders to promote compliance and quality best practices.

Coordinates global shipments from planning through delivery, ensuring accurate data, compliance, timely execution, and clear customer communication. Monitors shipment risks and delays, resolves issues, tracks deviations and costs, maintains documentation, and supports process improvements. Works with internal logistics teams, customers, and external partners in a fully onsite New York operations role.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, customer enquiries, and daily logistics activities. Build customer relationships, understand shipping requirements, develop logistics solutions, and collaborate with logistics partners, agents, suppliers, and global colleagues to ensure efficient delivery of time-critical shipments and high customer satisfaction. The role is full-time and fully onsite in Chengdu.
