Develop new B2B customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and manage the commercial territory for Biocair’s UK healthcare and life-sciences logistics business. Responsibilities include pipeline development, customer discovery, proposals, pricing, tenders, negotiations, forecasting, business reviews, and Salesforce management. The role focuses on expanding Cell and Gene Therapy opportunities, meeting revenue and profitability goals, and collaborating with operational and commercial teams. It is field-based near Cambridge with occasional overnight travel.

Leads APAC pricing and quoting operations from Shanghai, managing the China Pricing Team and partnering with Sales, Finance, Costing, Procurement, and Operations. Responsibilities include improving pricing speed, accuracy, profitability, yield, and win rates; maintaining tariffs and rate cards; approving bespoke pricing; analyzing costs and consignments; supporting RFQs/RFIs; and standardizing or automating pricing processes.

Coordinates end-to-end international shipments of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial medicines, and research samples. Serves as a customer contact, monitors live shipments, manages escalations, coordinates with logistics partners, maintains shipment records, and handles post-shipment activities. Investigates complaints, performs root cause analysis, supports CAPA, and ensures compliance with quality, customs, and chain-of-custody requirements in a regulated environment.
