Manage end-to-end recruitment across the United States, partnering with hiring managers and leaders on workforce needs. Source passive talent, build diverse pipelines, conduct assessments, support structured interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS compliance, provide hiring analytics, and improve candidate experience. The role also supports workforce planning, inclusive hiring, regulatory compliance, and reducing reliance on external agencies through direct sourcing.

Develops new and existing B2B customer relationships across Belgium’s healthcare and life-sciences logistics markets. Owns sales pipeline, proposals, pricing, tenders, negotiations, revenue, profitability, forecasts, and customer reviews. The role focuses on Cell and Gene Therapy growth, collaborates with operations and internal teams, maintains Salesforce data, monitors market opportunities, and represents Biocair at customer and industry events. This is a field-based position with weekly Mechelen office attendance and territory travel.
