Run LC-MS/MS bioanalytical assays, prepare samples and reagents, troubleshoot methods, and support assay development and validation. Lead sample analysis projects from preparation through data processing, summary tables, peer review, and reporting. Maintain accurate GxP documentation, inventory, worksheets, and plate maps while using LIMS and laboratory equipment. The role requires careful adherence to methods, safety procedures, and quality standards in a laboratory environment.

Perform QC technical, scientific, and compliance review of bioanalytical data in a GxP environment. Identify deviations, OOS/OOT, issue QC observations, liaise with scientific staff to ensure data integrity, collect QC metrics, and support process improvements and staff education on GxP best practices.

Develop, optimize, validate, and perform biological assays, particularly immunology, cytokine profiling, ELISA, and MSD assays, for research, preclinical, and clinical studies. Analyze and report data, maintain laboratory records and equipment, follow ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, GCLP, and GCP requirements, contribute to SOPs and quality systems, support client discussions, and collaborate with laboratory teams and service providers.

Coordinate clinical study activities including planning, start-up, drafting laboratory manuals and reports, liaising with clients and partners, maintaining records to accreditation standards (NATA/ISO/GLP/GCLP), supporting project tracking and meetings, and producing internal and client reports.

Leads teams conducting bioanalytical assay development, validation, and sample analysis for preclinical, clinical, and product release studies. Oversees regulated bioanalysis, LC/MS/MS and chromatographic methods, study execution, scientific reporting, compliance, staffing, budgets, and client relationships. Serves as Bioanalytical Project Manager and Principal Investigator, mentors scientists, manages resources, supports cross-site validations, evaluates PK/TK data, and drives project delivery, revenue targets, and implementation of new analytical technologies.

Design, develop, validate, and run bioanalytical assays (LC-MS/MS, HPLC/UPLC) for PK/PD, ADME, and biomarker studies. Manage experiments, mentor junior staff, analyze and visualize data, author methods/SOPs/reports, communicate with clients, ensure GxP compliance, troubleshoot assays, and maintain lab inventories.

Design, build, and support a validated enterprise data platform and production-grade ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt. Deliver governed, auditable, AI-ready data products for laboratory operations, sponsor reporting, regulatory compliance, and analytics while enforcing data quality, security, lineage, and observability.

Provide IT support and lifecycle management for workstations and servers, resolve hardware/software incidents, deploy laptops to SOE, support Microsoft products and scientific software, assist with system upgrades, documentation, SOP compliance, and collaborate across functions in a regulated laboratory environment.

Develop, optimise, validate and run PK/PD and immunological assays (ELISA, cytokine profiling) for preclinical and clinical studies. Maintain lab equipment, supplies and records (LIMS), ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, GLP/GCLP/GCP and SOPs, analyse and report data, engage with clients, and contribute to quality and professional development activities.

Lead and deliver multiple complex biotech/CRO projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, forecasts, client communications, stakeholder relationships, contract amendments, compliance, and project tracking/KPIs. Coach and supervise project managers/coordinators, provide performance management, and report progress and risks to leadership and customers.

Provide senior laboratory support in an accredited CRO, focusing on pipette verification/calibration, equipment maintenance, inventory and LIMS record-keeping, SOPs, audits, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with ISO/GLP/GCLP standards.
