Teams at Binti

Own relationships for Binti's highest-complexity Enterprise accounts, lead Executive Business Reviews, resolve high-risk escalations, drive renewals and expansions, mentor other CSMs, develop playbooks and processes, and own customer success metrics including satisfaction, NPS, growth, and churn.

This role involves leading technical projects, optimizing software performance, mentoring engineers, and enhancing user experiences, with a focus on full stack development.

As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process, source candidates, and ensure a great experience for applicants while supporting a mission-driven team.
