Own end-to-end renewal operations: track renewals, capture deal terms, coordinate with Contracts and Finance, execute contracts/invoices, maintain Salesforce and integrations, define CS playbooks, own health scoring and forecasting, and support CS reporting.

Own relationships for Binti's highest-complexity Enterprise accounts, lead Executive Business Reviews, resolve high-risk escalations, drive renewals and expansions, mentor other CSMs, develop playbooks and processes, and own customer success metrics including satisfaction, NPS, growth, and churn.

This role involves leading technical projects, optimizing software performance, mentoring engineers, and enhancing user experiences, with a focus on full stack development.

Drive the design vision for Binti's product suite, collaborate with product managers, create high-fidelity mockups, and improve design processes while ensuring accessibility standards are met.
