Join Binnie as a Project Engineer in transportation major projects. Perform design work from concept to construction using AutoCAD/Civil3D, support Engineer of Record, document site observations, review construction records, prepare technical reports and contract documents, maintain submittals and quality control, and ensure designs meet industry standards.

Manage municipal civil infrastructure projects from proposal through construction. Lead client communications, develop schedules, monitor budgets and progress, coordinate stakeholders, mentor junior staff, evaluate RFPs, and support business development to secure and deliver projects on scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Lead and manage HR programs across talent acquisition, compensation, DEI, learning and development, and employee engagement. Execute full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, compensation analysis and pay equity reporting, L&D design, DEI initiatives, and HR metrics reporting. Partner with leaders to implement people programs, support organizational development projects, and ensure consistent, positive employee and candidate experiences.

Provide administrative and legal support for contracts, corporate records, compliance, and legal operations. Prepare, edit, and manage contracts and corporate documents; track obligations, deadlines, and insurance certificates; support contract execution and CLM processes; maintain minute books and corporate filings; assist with litigation administration and compliance initiatives; support legal technology adoption and deliver high-quality, confidential administrative work across multiple priorities.

Lead transportation infrastructure projects as the primary client contact, managing planning, design, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, drive business development and proposals, enforce design standards and quantity management, and strengthen client relationships to deliver complex alternate-delivery projects on time and on budget.
