Perform design work from concept to construction using AutoCAD/Civil3D, support Engineer of Record, document site observations, review construction records, prepare technical reports and contract documents, maintain submittals and quality control, and ensure designs meet industry standards.

Lead transportation infrastructure projects as the primary client contact, managing planning, design, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, drive business development and proposals, enforce design standards and quantity management, and strengthen client relationships to deliver complex alternate-delivery projects on time and on budget.
