Processes payroll and timekeeping data accurately and on schedule, including hours, PTO, deductions, taxes, paychecks, direct deposits, and employee records. Prepares payroll tax, wage, productivity, revenue, and statistics reports; reconciles PTO and assists with month-end closing. Responds to employee payroll questions, prepares bank deposits, supports accounts payable, and maintains confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for patients of all ages, prepare and educate patients, operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, collaborate with physicians, document imaging records, support quality control, and pursue continuing education.

Provide comprehensive primary care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: evaluate, diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret tests, perform minor procedures, deliver preventive care and patient education, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support quality improvement and coordinated care.

Provide individualized dietetic services to patients of all ages; support bariatric program operations, track patients, implement procedures, assist administrative duties, and coordinate care and communication among the interdisciplinary bariatric team.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, produce diagnostic-quality images, ensure patient safety and comfort, document procedures in the EHR, maintain equipment, follow infection control, collaborate with clinicians, participate in quality improvement, and assist with training and annual competency assessments.

Supports employee mobile device and communication services by managing device inventories, provisioning, replacements, billing records, databases, reports, payroll deductions, and technology assets. Provides customer service and resolves employee technology inquiries while coordinating with vendors, departments, and IT staff. Maintains accurate records, assists with reconciliation, and supports administrative projects. Requires strong organization, communication, data-entry, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving skills.

Maintain and improve Windows, Exchange, and SQL servers in virtualized/clustered environments. Administer Active Directory, VMware (ESX/vSphere/Horizon), enterprise storage, backups, and disaster recovery. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, support applications, ensure cybersecurity best practices, document systems, and collaborate with IT leadership and clinical teams across multiple locations. Participate in upgrades, DR exercises, and occasional after-hours work.
