Provides nursing care to inmates in a county jail, including admission health appraisals, screenings, histories, vital signs, testing, therapies, documentation, and provider support. Collaborates with healthcare and correctional staff, maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries, and manages changing priorities in a structured, sometimes unpredictable environment.

Provide comprehensive primary care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: evaluate, diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret tests, perform minor procedures, deliver preventive care and patient education, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support quality improvement and coordinated care.

Provide individualized dietetic services to patients of all ages; support bariatric program operations, track patients, implement procedures, assist administrative duties, and coordinate care and communication among the interdisciplinary bariatric team.
