Provide nursing care in a county jail: perform health appraisals within seven days of admission, medical screenings, medical/dental/mental health histories, vitals, tests and therapy as appropriate. Assist providers with inmate care, handle clerical duties as time allows, complete PREA training, and maintain communication and documentation. Requires BLS and LPN or RN licensure.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for patients of all ages, prepare and educate patients, operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, collaborate with physicians, document imaging records, support quality control, and pursue continuing education.

Provide comprehensive primary care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: evaluate, diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret tests, perform minor procedures, deliver preventive care and patient education, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support quality improvement and coordinated care.
