Lead the full revenue lifecycle across new business, professional services, expansion, retention, and partner-led growth. Own revenue strategy, sales and customer growth teams, Microsoft ecosystem partnerships, services commercialization, pipeline expansion, forecasting, compensation, renewals, and SaaS performance metrics. Drive scalable growth through system integrators, ISVs, resellers, direct sales, and strategic customer relationships while aligning customer insights with product priorities.

Lead complex customer escalations for Dynamics 365 Business Central products, performing advanced troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, workaround development, and customer communication. Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to resolve bugs and improve processes. Manage high-priority customer portfolios, create technical documentation, mentor analysts, support training, and implement small-scale workflow, automation, and escalation-process improvements.

Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV ERP solutions. Responsibilities include AL extension development, integrations using APIs, web services, and .NET, troubleshooting, performance improvements, code reviews, technical documentation, production support, and collaboration with Product, QA, and Functional teams in an Agile environment.

Own and close opportunities through the Microsoft Dynamics reseller channel. Build pipeline via partner engagement, lead discovery and demos, prepare quotes/SOWs, forecast deals, and coordinate internal teams to execute and enable partners to hit quota.

Execute manual functional, regression, integration, and usability tests; create test cases; track defects; perform backend/database validation with SQL; collaborate with developers in Agile; support automation initiatives.
