Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central extensions using AL. Create functional specs, implement CI/CD deployments to AppSource/PTE, develop automated tests, integrate generative AI features, perform troubleshooting and performance tuning, mentor juniors, lead refactoring and R&D, and conduct code reviews.

Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV ERP solutions. Responsibilities include AL extension development, integrations using APIs, web services, and .NET, troubleshooting, performance improvements, code reviews, technical documentation, production support, and collaboration with Product, QA, and Functional teams in an Agile environment.

Own and close opportunities through the Microsoft Dynamics reseller channel. Build pipeline via partner engagement, lead discovery and demos, prepare quotes/SOWs, forecast deals, and coordinate internal teams to execute and enable partners to hit quota.

Execute manual functional, regression, integration, and usability tests; create test cases; track defects; perform backend/database validation with SQL; collaborate with developers in Agile; support automation initiatives.

Execute and track B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, partner programs, and events. Manage HubSpot campaign setup, lead routing, reporting, and trade show logistics. Support partner co-marketing, build emails, maintain data quality, and contribute to performance dashboards and attribution.
