Lead and manage the Quality Control laboratory to ensure timely, accurate testing and cGMP compliance. Oversee investigations, CAPAs, stability programs, performance metrics, budgets, SOPs, staffing, continuous improvement, and inspection readiness while partnering with Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.

Support production and QC of bacterin and viral aquaculture vaccines: grow cultures, maintain batch records, perform in vivo/in vitro testing, analyze data, investigate deviations, author SOPs, maintain GxP documentation, operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, and liaise with other sites.
