Teams at Billtrust

Lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from discovery through go-live. Manage project plans, resources, schedules, deliverables, budgets, risks, scope changes, and quality. Coordinate internal teams, clients, and third-party providers while facilitating status meetings, resolving issues, negotiating priorities, and maintaining customer expectations. The role requires strong project leadership, relationship management, business analysis, communication, and technical understanding of data specifications and transmission protocols.

Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 and support monthly revenue close, including contract reviews, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, audits, and complex accounting judgments. Partner with Billing, FP&A, Legal, and Business Systems to resolve discrepancies, improve forecasting, enhance systems, automate processes, and maintain scalable revenue policies. Mentor junior accountants and support special projects.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive adoption of Billtrust AR and payments solutions, ensure customer success outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-enabled tools to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
