Advise prospects on Billtrust’s invoice-to-cash SaaS solutions through configured demonstrations, requirements gathering, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work. Collaborate with sales, partners, marketing, and development teams to align solutions with customer needs, resolve complex issues, manage scope, and support new-business opportunities. Use AI tools to accelerate demo configuration and proposal drafting while applying deep credit, collections, accounts receivable, and invoice-to-cash expertise.

Leads a team of Payment Sales Executives driving payments revenue across existing customers and new-logo sales. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, go-to-market strategy, payments market expertise, sales enablement, cross-functional partnership, process improvement, and AI-enabled sales operations. The role requires deep B2B payments knowledge, including ACH, merchant services, interchange, and card brands, plus expertise presenting ROI and credit card statement analyses.

Leads the renewals function, including team development, renewal strategy, GRR performance, pricing and contract negotiations, forecasting, risk mitigation, and executive relationships. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales Operations. Drives AI adoption, improves renewal workflows and forecast accuracy, maintains Salesforce data quality, and personally manages strategic and at-risk account negotiations.
