Oversee dealership office staff, reconcile accounts, prepare daily deposits, post accounting entries for vehicle sales and purchases, verify funds and lienholder payoffs, and compile operational data. The role also manages weekly and monthly account schedules and supports title-document processing while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines.

Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork to the DMV, ensure correct lien notation and payoff, process dealer trades and Certificates of Origin, verify out-of-state titles, scan and maintain deal paperwork, and perform related administrative duties.

Processes accounts receivable activities, including collecting past-due accounts, receiving and applying payments, running statements, and maintaining customer accounts. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, deadline adherence, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of accounts receivable experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a stable work history.
