Supports on-site commercial construction management by coordinating field activities, maintaining project tracking and reporting, managing project information and contract documents, supporting permits and quality control planning, and facilitating project closeout. The role also assists with RFIs, submittals, as-builts, schedules, and other construction processes while developing knowledge of construction methods and practices.

Develop and maintain full-stack business applications using C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript. Build APIs and integrations, troubleshoot systems across application and production environments, optimize databases, participate in architecture and code reviews, and support deployments. The role involves working with business users, using AI-assisted development tools responsibly, and gradually taking ownership of projects and technical decisions.

Oversee dealership office staff, reconcile accounts, prepare daily deposits, post accounting entries for vehicle sales and purchases, verify funds and lienholder payoffs, and compile operational data. The role also manages weekly and monthly account schedules and supports title-document processing while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines.
