Oversee dealership office staff, reconcile accounts, prepare daily deposits, post accounting entries for vehicle sales and purchases, verify funds and lienholder payoffs, and compile operational data. The role also manages weekly and monthly account schedules and supports title-document processing while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines.

Processes accounts receivable activities, including collecting past-due accounts, receiving and applying payments, running statements, and maintaining customer accounts. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, deadline adherence, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of accounts receivable experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a stable work history.

Sell used vehicles, meet monthly sales targets, complete sales paperwork, use dealership sales and follow-up systems, develop prospects, greet customers, and maintain customer follow-up to drive repeat and referral business.
