Perform routine automotive maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic repairs; inspect vehicles, maintain service records, keep work area clean, and communicate with customers while following safety protocols.

Greet customers, answer product and service questions, guide buyers through the car-purchasing process, build customer relationships, explain vehicle features and benefits, and report sales activities to the Sales Manager.
