Responsibilities include meeting preparation and follow-up, portfolio rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, CRM maintenance, transfer and paperwork follow-up, annuity reviews, prospect re-engagement, and participation in client events. The role requires an active Series 65 license and offers a path toward lead advisor responsibilities.

Provide direct client-facing financial planning support alongside the firm president. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing eMoney financial plans, documenting client meeting decisions, participating in investment management discussions, supporting strategy meetings and follow-ups, reviewing client data, executing trades and rebalancing, and eventually managing client relationships.
