Serve as the primary support advisor across client relationships, participating in meetings, documenting planning decisions, building and reviewing financial plans in eMoney, and supporting investment management activities. Responsibilities include portfolio perspective on the Investment Management Committee, client follow-ups, strategy meeting preparation, data confirmation, trade execution backup, rebalancing, and cash management. The role may eventually manage client relationships and lead the committee, without prospecting responsibilities.

Lead portfolio management, conduct investment research, build comprehensive financial plans (retirement, tax, estate, succession, insurance), support advisors on complex cases, manage client relationships, and produce client-facing market commentary and communications.

Manage end-to-end execution of monthly email campaigns, direct mail coordination, social scheduling, and website updates for 30+ financial advisor clients. Serve as primary client contact, maintain data and inventory, generate quarterly performance reports, identify risks, and build automations and documentation to reduce manual work and ensure compliance.
