Lead a small client service team for ~175 high-net-worth households, run weekly planning and client meetings, produce executive summaries, manage CRM and client tiers, ensure timely client communication, delegate action items, and develop client appreciation and light referral support initiatives.

Serve as the primary client-facing team member delivering white-glove service: manage inbound communications, own advisor calendars, prepare meeting materials, maintain CRM records, coordinate personalized client gifts, and plan client events while keeping office operations running smoothly.

Serve as primary support advisor alongside the president: attend client meetings, build and review financial plans in eMoney, provide second reviews, join the Investment Management Committee, support meeting prep and follow-ups, back up trade execution, and progressively manage client relationships.
