The Global Talent Partner will source and engage IT professionals through traditional and innovative recruiting strategies, support talent management and development initiatives, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and document recruiting processes. The role requires collaboration across diverse backgrounds, strong English communication, and work in a hybrid model with one office day per week.

Configure and integrate a new CMS platform with broadcast, OTT, VOD, and enterprise systems. Analyze workflows, define requirements, identify capability gaps, propose process improvements, and support end-to-end testing. The role also manages business-critical content lifecycle applications and requires programming, SQL, database, networking, Windows Server, Linux, Kubernetes, container, and API integration knowledge while collaborating with vendors and international partners.

Design and architect end-to-end payment gateway solutions for high-volume, critical payment systems. Designs, implements, enhances, and maintains SAP FI/CO solutions supporting finance processes. Oversees GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling, product costing, integrations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and compliance. Translates business requirements into SAP architectures, guides consultants and developers, conducts solution reviews, documents technical designs, and supports training and user adoption. Requires extensive SAP FI/CO expertise, Seeburger eInvoicing, IDoc, SAFT, and SAP integration experience.

Owns end-to-end systems integration initiatives, including requirements analysis, solution design, hands-on development, implementation, and rollout. Develops integrations using Magic xpi or comparable low-code platforms, connecting Akeneo PIM with systems such as Spryker, Shopify, and Amazon. Maintains and improves integration architecture for stability, performance, and scalability while translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Designs, develops, integrates, deploys, and operates AI-enabled automations and business applications from prototype through production. Builds workflows using low-code platforms, APIs, AI services, Python, and serverless functions. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, supports non-technical teams, establishes reusable development practices, and manages testing, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Supports EDI and system integration operations by monitoring message flows, investigating errors, coordinating issue resolution, and managing EDI partner onboarding from requirements through go-live. The role also supports E-Invoicing rollouts, integration testing, documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder coordination. Additional responsibilities include developing automation and business applications using low-code platforms, APIs, AI services, Python, and cloud components, while supporting production deployment and nontechnical users.

Lead Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 CRM migrations by assessing environments, defining migration strategies, mapping and transforming data, configuring Dynamics 365, migrating integrations, supporting testing and cutover, and providing training and post-go-live support. The role requires strong Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, data migration, integration, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery expertise.

Own and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including data standards, documentation, enhancements, support, issue resolution, release management, data quality, and reporting. Translate HR requirements into system solutions, improve and automate processes, troubleshoot integrations and workflows, collaborate with SAP Support, and advise HR, IT, leadership, and global stakeholders on HR transformation initiatives.

Product Engineer responsible for taking digital product features from discovery through production and support. The role involves translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, developing secure and maintainable software, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to engineering practices and AI-assisted development. The engineer will work with stakeholders, product owners, testers, designers, and fellow engineers while supporting continuous improvement and operational stability.

Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into target architectures, transformation roadmaps, and delivery plans. Own technical content for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders; design demos, proofs of concept, and reference architectures; shape commercial models and estimates; advise financial-services clients on practical AI adoption and governance; bridge presales commitments into delivery; and develop reusable solution assets and enablement materials.

Develop and maintain Java backend services and desktop applications using Spring Boot, JavaFX, and Java Swing. Build REST and SOAP integrations, implement business logic and application security, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD deployments. Support AI modernization, security assessments, architecture documentation, and implementation guidance while coordinating with delivery, platform, security, and business stakeholders.

Lead an information security project replacing an internally developed firewall governance solution with an off-the-shelf SaaS firewall management platform.

Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management implementations, including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding. Analyze business processes, configure solutions, manage permissions, gather requirements, conduct workshops, train users, provide ongoing support, and coordinate testing, upgrades, and release management. Collaborate with international HR stakeholders and manage deployment and enhancement projects while applying SAP best practices.
