Role Overview
We
are seeking an experienced Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Migration
Consultant to lead and support the migration of CRM capabilities from
Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will work
closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and
project managers to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining data
integrity, business processes, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing Salesforce
environment, including data model, customisations, integrations,
workflows, and reports.
- Define and execute the
migration strategy to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Map Salesforce objects, fields,
workflows, and security models to Dynamics 365.
- Lead data extraction,
cleansing, transformation, migration, and validation activities.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics
365 Sales and related modules to meet business requirements.
- Work with technical teams to
migrate integrations and automate business processes.
- Develop migration
documentation, technical specifications, and cutover plans.
- Support testing activities
including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
and production deployment.
- Identify and mitigate migration
risks and issues.
- Provide user training and
post-go-live support.
- Ensure best practices for CRM
governance, security, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce
to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce CRM architecture
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dataverse
- Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Experience with CRM data
migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Data
Migration Framework).
- Strong understanding of CRM
data models, security, workflows, and automation.
- Experience integrating Dynamics
365 with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Excellent data mapping,
cleansing, and migration expertise.
- Experience working within Agile
