Manage voucher inventory and benefit partner portfolio, onboard and support partners, optimize purchasing and commission models, and improve processes and platform features in collaboration with the Head of Purchasing.

Lead ownership of cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS/EKS), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm), platform self-service, observability with Datadog, and cloud/security posture. Build SLIs/SLOs, optimize costs, and lead a small DevOps team while enabling product teams to deploy independently.
