Lead the group-wide HubSpot migration and platform ownership across brands. Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and external agencies to harmonize data, pipelines, automations, and reporting. Build KPIs, drive sales and marketing automations, ensure data quality, govern CRM processes, expand rollout to other entities, and deliver training and adoption tracking.

Manage voucher inventory and benefit partner portfolio, onboard and support partners, optimize purchasing and commission models, and improve processes and platform features in collaboration with the Head of Purchasing.

Take technical ownership of the data warehouse to evolve it from MVP to a scalable, performant platform. Build and optimize dbt models and transformations, improve Redshift performance, develop pipelines orchestrated in Airflow, and implement governance, observability, and data quality standards to ensure reliable business-facing data products.
