* In close collaboration with the Group Head of Purchasing, you optimize purchasing and commission models
* You actively contribute to the further development of processes and platform features
* You manage and support existing benefit partners as their primary point of contact
* Screening and onboarding new benefit partners is your responsibility
Your profile
* Completed vocational training or degree - ideally with a commercial background
* Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data and KPIs
* Confident communicator - with internal teams and external partners alike
* German at min. C1 level and English at B2 level
* First experience in category management or product management is a plus
* Decisive and proactive - you don't wait for someone else to take the first step
