Collaborate with drug developers, wet-lab scientists, automation specialists, and data scientists to translate ML methods into validated antibody candidates.

Conduct independent bench research characterizing antibody-antigen binding using BLI and SPR. Develop epitope binning and competitive binding assays, analyze interactions across diverse antigen and antibody formats, and collaborate with scientists, ML/DS, and program teams to advance antibody candidates. Communicate research findings, manage cross-functional priorities, and help guide scientific direction. Mentorship and lab automation experience are beneficial.

Program laboratory automation instruments and robotic systems, design integrated workcells, troubleshoot bottlenecks, improve reliability and capacity, and collaborate with software engineering and LIMS teams on integrated workflows. Support equipment validation, qualification, documentation, and workflow data analysis while contributing to the growth of the automation team.

Supports antibody discovery and engineering through phage display library construction, quality control, selections, molecular characterization, and data analysis. The role collaborates with machine learning and data science teams to improve antibody models, communicates experimental findings, maintains detailed laboratory records, and contributes to research strategy and experimental design.

Support R&D to advance phage and yeast display technologies for antibody discovery. Construct and QC display libraries, perform selections, express/purify/characterize molecules (ELISA, flow cytometry, BLI/SPR, CE-SDS), analyze results, collaborate with Data Science/ML on library design and model training, present results, and maintain records in LIMS and electronic notebooks.

Hands-on, bench-driven role to design, optimize, and execute high-throughput antibody developability assays. Drive developability assessments, support late-stage characterization and IND-enabling studies, lead project experimental strategy, automate and integrate methods with LIMS, analyze data, and communicate findings across teams.

Contract SharePoint consultant to design and build program management SharePoint sites, integrate Smartsheet feeds, configure document control workflows and Power Automate automations for IND/regulatory submissions, manage permissions, provide admin support, and hand off to internal teams. Work is remote and US-based with optional Microsoft 365 Copilot/SharePoint AI assessment.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive antibody discovery, design, optimization, and characterization. Apply structure-guided and computational engineering to generate therapeutics, design assays, analyze cycle data, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders to advance candidate selection.

Lead and execute clinical operations for early- to late-phase biologics trials in oncology and inflammatory diseases. Develop strategy, manage CROs and vendors, oversee site sample and biomarker logistics, ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA), supervise data quality and clinical document generation, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate development timelines.
