Lead and grow BigHat's antibody discovery and display function, directing multi-year strategy and day-to-day execution of display-based selection campaigns. Manage scientists designing and screening antibody libraries, expand discovery technologies, and ensure seamless handoff to characterization and optimization teams to advance high-quality antibody candidates for internal and partnered programs.

Support R&D to advance phage and yeast display technologies for antibody discovery. Construct and QC display libraries, perform selections, express/purify/characterize molecules (ELISA, flow cytometry, BLI/SPR, CE-SDS), analyze results, collaborate with Data Science/ML on library design and model training, present results, and maintain records in LIMS and electronic notebooks.

Hands-on, bench-driven role to design, optimize, and execute high-throughput antibody developability assays. Drive developability assessments, support late-stage characterization and IND-enabling studies, lead project experimental strategy, automate and integrate methods with LIMS, analyze data, and communicate findings across teams.

Lead end-to-end development and ownership of major areas of an internal cloud-based platform supporting antibody discovery. Translate lab workflows into reliable software, design system-level architecture, implement front-end and back-end features, improve testing and engineering practices, and collaborate with scientists and product owners to deliver validated production systems.

Manufacture and validate CFPS reagents, maintain reagent production equipment, design and run experiments to optimize CFPS extracts, perform QC, document results, coordinate supplies, and present findings to science and management teams.

Lead development of state-of-the-art generative and predictive ML models for antibody sequence and structure, mentor ML staff, set research strategy, and deploy lab-in-the-loop protein design methods to produce real therapeutic antibodies validated in a high-throughput wet lab.

Lead and execute clinical operations for early- to late-phase biologics trials in oncology and inflammatory diseases. Develop strategy, manage CROs and vendors, oversee site sample and biomarker logistics, ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA), supervise data quality and clinical document generation, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate development timelines.
