Build production-grade ML and MLOps capabilities, integrate models with automated wet-lab data, deliver computational insights for therapeutic programs, and develop platform offerings for AI and biopharma partners. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on modeling, team mentorship, external engagement, and accountability for reproducible, benchmarked ML impact on antibody design.

Own the full accounting function for a high-growth biotech, including financial close, reporting, technical accounting, R&D accruals, tax, equity accounting, compliance, and audit readiness. Build scalable finance infrastructure, internal controls, and SOX compliance processes while leading a NetSuite implementation and transition from QuickBooks. Prepare board reporting, manage external advisors and auditors, support public-company reporting, implement finance automation, and build an effective accounting team.

Develop generative and predictive machine learning models for antibody sequence, structure, and property design. Build multi-objective protein optimization and LLM-driven methods for lab-in-the-loop drug development, deploy models with engineering teams, and support therapeutic programs. Collaborate across machine learning, drug development, wet-lab science, automation, and data science teams to accelerate the creation of safer, more effective biologic therapies.
