As an Account Manager, you will manage key accounts for growth, build partnerships, optimize customer experiences, and analyze data for actionable insights.

The role also supports international sales teams across the UK, Italy, and Germany and requires fluent Spanish and English.

Solve business and logistics problems using data analysis, algorithms, and machine learning models. Build reliable datasets, pipelines, tooling, experimentation platforms, and near-real-time operational dashboards. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, designers, merchants, and other stakeholders across the full problem-solving lifecycle. Own projects autonomously and contribute to Bigblue’s brand.

Manage qualified and self-sourced leads through the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing. Engage C-level decision-makers at fashion and cosmetics brands, understand customer needs, communicate Bigblue’s value, build proposals, exceed sales targets, and improve sales processes, commercial approaches, and KPI monitoring.
