Owns commercial legal support across merchant contracts, 3PL and fulfillment agreements, supplier relationships, and disputes. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts; maintains templates, playbooks, FAQs, and approval standards; advises Sales, Partnerships, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Operations; leads complex negotiations; coordinates external counsel; and improves scalable contract review processes while balancing legal protection with business growth.

As an Account Manager, you will manage key accounts for growth, build partnerships, optimize customer experiences, and analyze data for actionable insights.

Manage and grow strategic merchant accounts by building long-term partnerships, advising on logistics performance, analyzing data, driving customer improvements, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, supporting day-to-day service use, translating customer insights into operational and product improvements, and contributing to merchants’ strategic growth. French fluency, English proficiency, strong Excel skills, and five or more years of customer-facing experience are required.
