Teams at Bigblue

Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized merchants, serving as their primary contact and resolving escalations. Monitor account health, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, and support merchant growth. Improve customer experience through proactive communication, scalable processes, playbooks, webinars, and feedback-driven product or operations improvements.

Lead Bigblue’s Spanish sales team, set and achieve growth targets, coach Account Executives, manage complex strategic deals, and develop the Spain sales strategy. Responsibilities include market segmentation, pricing, partnerships, deal allocation, performance reporting, forecasting, and executive communication. The role also supports international sales teams across the UK, Italy, and Germany and requires fluent Spanish and English.

Solve business and logistics problems using data analysis, algorithms, and machine learning models. Build reliable datasets, pipelines, tooling, experimentation platforms, and near-real-time operational dashboards. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, designers, merchants, and other stakeholders across the full problem-solving lifecycle. Help optimize delivery ETAs, warehouse operations, carrier routes, and experimentation. As an early data team member, contribute to hiring, mentoring, and shaping Bigblue’s data practice.
