Provide backend operational support to Account Managers and escalated customer issues in a fintech environment. Troubleshoot complex issues, follow SOPs, enforce policies, document actions, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop product expertise to improve processes and customer experience.

Support Sales Operations by cleaning and processing data, building reports and dashboards, maintaining SOPs and code, troubleshooting data issues with Sales and IT teams, and exploring AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Coordinate and manage procurement requests across Southeast Asia, handle local purchasing in Malaysia (sourcing, PO processing, shipment tracking, invoice verification), develop supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, maintain inventories, support financial settlement and resolve after-sales issues to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of goods and services.
