Translate business requirements into structured promotion rules, SOPs, and CRM configurations. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Ops to ensure compliant promotion setup, test and validate configurations, document T&Cs and processes, identify operational gaps, and support promotion execution and issue resolution.

Process and reconcile daily funding transactions, investigate and document abnormal funding cases, generate reports and statistics, analyze funding risk and recommend mitigations, coordinate with payment service providers, and support internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant funding operations.

Support execution of promotional campaigns by reviewing applications, setting up client accounts, coordinating gift logistics, resolving inquiries, advising stakeholders, collaborating with front-office teams, and maintaining CRM and technical platforms to ensure smooth operations.
