Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD SSO, Intune, Jamf, and Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence). Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, security policies, audits, and ITIL-aligned service management. Automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash, maintain documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support compliance and incident response.

Partner with software teams to design, build, and deploy cloud applications; develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; configure and secure cloud environments; automate security controls; improve observability and monitoring; support testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Lead global growth and customer acquisition by building and executing data-driven performance marketing, paid media, social strategy, CRO, and analytics. Manage budgets, teams, agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and regional execution to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and expansion into new markets. Own measurement frameworks, creative testing, and conversion optimizations across web and mobile.
