Develop a standardized quality standard and test procedure for piezoelectric dispensing modules. Responsibilities include identifying performance parameters, creating measurement methods and acceptance criteria, implementing comparative test setups, investigating reliability and failure modes, analyzing laboratory dispensing performance, conducting experiments, and documenting and presenting results. The role requires an engineering or scientific master’s student with experience or interest in experimental systems, Python, CAD, data analysis, and statistical evaluation.

The Inside Sales Representative manages inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifies leads, engages customers, prepares and follows up on quotations, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role supports pipeline progression, sales reporting, forecasting, customer handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Field Sales. It also contributes market insights and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring customer communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and target-oriented sales execution.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for consumables, service contracts, renewals, and customer reactivation. Qualify leads, conduct customer outreach, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track sales KPIs. The role also supports prospect research, sales reporting, process improvement, and adoption of automation and AI-based sales tools.

Owns electrical architecture and hardware integration for advanced electromechanical instruments, including motors, sensors, power, cabling, electronics, mechanics, and firmware. Designs or modifies PCBs, specifies harnesses and connectors, troubleshoots electrical and EMC issues, coordinates external engineering partners, and supports verification, certification, production, and engineering changes. The role is hands-on and based onsite in Gothenburg.

Maintains procurement, supplier, product, and inventory master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Supports purchasing activities, including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, RFQs, quotation comparisons, and delivery tracking. Prepares operational reports and KPI analyses, maintains compliance documentation, supports audits and data quality reviews, and coordinates with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other international teams.

Maintains and improves Java-based sales applications, SQL databases, and REST API integrations across CRM and ERP systems. Ensures business data accuracy, manages synchronization jobs, develops reports and integrations, troubleshoots issues, maintains test environments, documents systems, and provides international user support.

Leads the international transfer of manufacturing, assembly, configuration, and quality-control activities to an external CDMO. Owns program plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, workforce planning, knowledge transfer, training, system harmonization, capacity, logistics, and quality continuity.
