Develop a standardized quality standard and test procedure for piezoelectric dispensing modules. The role requires an engineering or scientific master’s student with experience or interest in experimental systems, Python, CAD, data analysis, and statistical evaluation.

The Inside Sales Representative manages inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifies leads, engages customers, prepares and follows up on quotations, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role supports pipeline progression, sales reporting, forecasting, customer handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Field Sales. It also contributes market insights and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring customer communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and target-oriented sales execution.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for consumables, service contracts, renewals, and customer reactivation. Qualify leads, conduct customer outreach, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track sales KPIs. The role also supports prospect research, sales reporting, process improvement, and adoption of automation and AI-based sales tools.
