Plans and executes global B2B events, including tradeshows, conferences, partner events, and virtual programs. Coordinates multi-brand events, manages budgets, vendors, logistics, event calendars, booth experiences, lead generation, and ROI reporting. Collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing on messaging, promotion, follow-up, and continuous improvement. Requires travel to selected key events and fluency in English and German.

Drive new business development, strategic account management, channel partner growth, technical sales, forecasting, and revenue generation across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. Engage pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, laboratory automation, CRO, CDMO, healthcare, and academic research customers. Conduct product demonstrations, support evaluations and proof-of-concept activities, develop territory plans, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with product, applications, and service teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Applications Scientist translates life science literature, customer insights, and product knowledge into technical resources, protocols, application notes, and website content. The role provides customer support for product selection, experimental design, troubleshooting, and protocol recommendations; collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product Development; and identifies market, product, and application opportunities in extracellular matrix biology, biomaterials, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and advanced cell culture.
