Provides strategic and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle. Advises leaders on employee and labour relations, performance, attendance, investigations, accommodations, leaves, recruitment, onboarding, and policy application. Supports learning, engagement, workplace safety, HR records, and organizational initiatives while interpreting collective agreements and British Columbia legislation. Requires collaboration with the Manager, People and Culture on complex matters.

Plans and delivers recreation activities and events for children, youth, and families. Oversees daily program operations, facilities, equipment, policies, licensing standards, records, and reporting. Supports program development and evaluation, promotes services through community outreach, coordinates referrals with service providers, and represents the organization at external events.

Leads school-age childcare programming for children and youth, including recreational and educational activities, supervision, behavior support, family orientation, mentoring Activity Leaders, snack preparation, safety compliance, and occasional transportation using club vans.

Provide after-school childcare by planning and running recreational, educational, and social programs; supervise and mentor staff; ensure member safety and regulatory compliance; transport children when required; prepare snacks/meals; orient families and maintain communication with caregivers.
