Lead and manage after-school program operations, ensure licensing compliance, supervise and mentor staff, develop activity plans and calendars, recruit and train staff, maintain records, and provide behaviour management and family communication.

Provide after-school childcare by planning and running recreational, educational, and social programs; supervise and mentor staff; ensure member safety and regulatory compliance; transport children when required; prepare snacks/meals; orient families and maintain communication with caregivers.

Plan, implement, and lead recreational, social, and educational programs for school-age children. Supervise members, mentor Activity Leaders, orient families, manage behaviour, prepare snacks/meals, transport members as needed, and ensure compliance with policies, licensing, and safety standards.
