Manage day-to-day Halifax office administration, including reception, vendors, supplies, events, travel arrangements, shipments, onboarding, IT and AV coordination, invoices, credit card reconciliations, files, and workspace planning. Support a positive office culture while collaborating with building management, vendors, IT, administrative teams, and staff. Leads hydrogeological investigations, conceptual and numerical groundwater modeling, mining water management studies, technical reporting, field projects, and client engagements. Builds, calibrates, and defends models; scripts modeling workflows; manages budgets, schedules, contractors, and projects; mentors staff; supports proposals, business development, recruitment, and health and safety planning.

Lead geochemistry and hydrogeochemistry work for ML/ARD, water quality, source-term development and predictive modeling. Design and interpret monitoring programs, integrate hydrogeology and water-balance modeling, manage projects, mentor junior staff, support permitting and assessments, perform third-party reviews, and contribute to business development across mining and linear infrastructure projects.

Lead geotechnical Engineer of Record for mine tailings storage facilities. Oversee site investigations, foundation and tailings characterization, stability analyses, design, construction monitoring and QA/QC, instrumentation review, safety inspections and reporting, stakeholder and regulator presentations, staff mentoring, and ensure compliance with GISTM and relevant standards. Travel to remote sites as required.
