Provide administrative and document-control support for Alaska projects and the new Anchorage office. Coordinate field logistics, calendars, meetings, equipment, and vendor services. Maintain SharePoint, Teams, project filing, and assist with reporting, invoicing, onboarding, office setup, and general administrative tasks to support project managers and teams.

Perform geotechnical site investigations, waste storage facility characterization, stability analyses, design and construction drawings, construction supervision and QA, instrumentation review, dam safety inspections, technical reporting, stakeholder/regulatory presentations, and mentor junior staff. Occasional travel to remote sites and company offices required.

Lead geotechnical tasks for tailings dam projects including site investigations, design, construction support, field supervision, reporting, mentoring junior staff, project management, client liaison, and budget/proposal preparation. May require extended travel to remote sites.

Lead geochemistry and hydrogeochemistry work for ML/ARD, water quality, source-term development and predictive modeling. Design and interpret monitoring programs, integrate hydrogeology and water-balance modeling, manage projects, mentor junior staff, support permitting and assessments, perform third-party reviews, and contribute to business development across mining and linear infrastructure projects.

Lead geotechnical Engineer of Record for mine tailings storage facilities. Oversee site investigations, foundation and tailings characterization, stability analyses, design, construction monitoring and QA/QC, instrumentation review, safety inspections and reporting, stakeholder and regulator presentations, staff mentoring, and ensure compliance with GISTM and relevant standards. Travel to remote sites as required.

Serve as Tailings Storage Facility Engineer of Record, lead multidisciplinary teams to design, construct, operate, and close TSFs. Provide site investigation, regulatory-compliant design, construction support, operations oversight, and project management. Travel for project work and networking; ensure compliance with client testing and safety requirements.

Process biweekly full-cycle payroll for 700+ employees, respond to payroll inquiries, update employee records in BST and ADP, assist benefits administration and taxable benefits, prepare statutory filings and ROEs, run reports, complete year-end reconciliations, and support other payroll duties.
