Provides day-to-day office administration for the Calgary team, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff. Responsibilities include facilities and vendor coordination, supply inventory, access badges, shipping and mail, document production, meetings and events, travel arrangements, onboarding logistics, and local IT support. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in an active office environment.

Conduct hydrogeological site investigations, groundwater sampling, hydraulic testing, data QA/QC, conceptual model development, and numerical groundwater flow modeling. Support mine water studies, technical reporting, field investigations, client communication, proposals, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role includes Python scripting, technical writing, health and safety planning, regular fieldwork, remote-site travel, and occasional leadership of routine investigations.

Coordinates BGC’s corporate giving and community impact program, including fundraising, donations, scholarships, partnerships, events, communications, budgets, and impact tracking. Supports sustainability reporting, employee engagement, EDI initiatives, digital content, and marketing communications. The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, programs, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and impact metrics while developing clear stories and reports for internal and external audiences.
