Teams at BGC Engineering Inc.

Provide administrative and document-control support for Alaska projects and the new Anchorage office. Coordinate field logistics, calendars, meetings, equipment, and vendor services. Maintain SharePoint, Teams, project filing, and assist with reporting, invoicing, onboarding, office setup, and general administrative tasks to support project managers and teams.

Perform geotechnical site investigations, waste storage facility characterization, stability analyses, design and construction drawings, construction supervision and QA, instrumentation review, dam safety inspections, technical reporting, stakeholder/regulatory presentations, and mentor junior staff. Occasional travel to remote sites and company offices required.

Lead geotechnical tasks for tailings dam projects including site investigations, design, construction support, field supervision, reporting, mentoring junior staff, project management, client liaison, and budget/proposal preparation. May require extended travel to remote sites.
