Manages foodservice sales across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, achieving volume, revenue, and profit targets. Develops key accounts, distributors, business plans, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and trade promotions. Assists with month-end close, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, general ledger activities, and audit documentation. Works primarily in NetSuite, helps improve accounting processes and controls, and collaborates with EMEA and US Finance teams.

Supports food product development and commercialization across the EMEA portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing formulations and prototypes, conducting experiments, collecting and documenting data, supporting pilot and production trials, organizing sensory evaluations, assisting shelf-life studies, maintaining laboratory equipment and inventories, and following GMP and food safety standards. The role collaborates with manufacturing, quality, procurement, regulatory, operations, and external partners while troubleshooting product and process issues.

The E-Commerce Director will lead DTC operations, managing inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience while supporting profitable growth.

The Process Engineer is responsible for advancing plant-based products from feasibility to production readiness, optimizing processes, and supporting new product launches in a cross-functional team environment.
