Supports food product development and commercialization across the EMEA portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing formulations and prototypes, conducting experiments, collecting and documenting data, supporting pilot and production trials, organizing sensory evaluations, assisting shelf-life studies, maintaining laboratory equipment and inventories, and following GMP and food safety standards. The role collaborates with manufacturing, quality, procurement, regulatory, operations, and external partners while troubleshooting product and process issues.

The E-Commerce Director will lead DTC operations, managing inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience while supporting profitable growth.

Manage Foodservice sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to meet volume, sales and profit targets. Develop go-to-market plans, manage key accounts and distributors, lead business planning, negotiate partnerships, support NPD insight, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and internal teams. Travel ~30–40%.
