Supports EMEA innovation and renovation projects from approved concepts through commercialization and launch. Creates project plans, tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, facilitates meetings, and supports product trials, validation, packaging, commercialization, and launch readiness. The role progressively assumes greater ownership while developing expertise in product development, innovation, and project management.

Manages foodservice sales across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, achieving volume, revenue, and profit targets. Develops key accounts, distributors, business plans, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and trade promotions. Identifies new business opportunities, manages sales execution and forecasting, negotiates customer plans, gathers product development insights, and collaborates with marketing, logistics, customer service, and other regional teams. The role is preferably Netherlands-based with 20–40% travel.

Supports the EMEA Finance team with accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and vendor master data. Assists with month-end close, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, general ledger activities, and audit documentation. Works primarily in NetSuite, helps improve accounting processes and controls, and collaborates with EMEA and US Finance teams.
