Manage Foodservice sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to meet volume, sales and profit targets. Develop go-to-market plans, manage key accounts and distributors, lead business planning, negotiate partnerships, support NPD insight, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and internal teams. Travel ~30–40%.

Manage and grow strategic QSR and foodservice accounts across EMEA, acting as primary liaison. Drive joint business planning, launches, and operational execution through cross-functional coordination. Support forecasting, performance analytics, and executive reporting. Resolve supply chain and service issues, identify growth opportunities, and ensure launch readiness. Travel regionally and work flexible hours across time zones to support customer meetings and business reviews.

The Process Engineer is responsible for advancing plant-based products from feasibility to production readiness, optimizing processes, and supporting new product launches in a cross-functional team environment.
