Manage lifecycle automation, CDP/CRM infrastructure evolution, cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail), team development, testing roadmap, data-driven personalization, and performance measurement while ensuring privacy and data governance.

Manage integrated marketing calendars, coordinate creative briefs, use data to plan and optimize cross-channel campaigns, align marketing and merchandising priorities, improve processes, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
