Manages and develops the accounting team while improving close efficiency, data quality, reconciliation standards, and control effectiveness.

Support retail real estate leasing, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, lease abstracting, critical-date tracking, and closing coordination. Draft and redline legal documents, manage lease files, coordinate due diligence, communicate with landlords and counsel, support reconciliations and legal research, and maintain entity records, templates, checklists, and reports. The role requires strong organization, commercial real estate knowledge, document accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal technology platforms.
