Make outbound sales calls to corporate, non-profit, and government clients to generate conferencing leads. Research prospects, qualify opportunities, and hand off leads to the conferencing sales team. Maintain professional phone etiquette and represent the hotel.

Greet and check in guests, manage reservations and front-desk inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and rotate into other on-site roles for skills development and career growth.

Front Office Intern position at The Broadmoor Resort starting end of June/early July. Candidates should be current full‑time students or recent graduates (≤12 months), have ~6 months hospitality experience, and be studying for or hold a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism. Must be fully vaccinated, hold a valid passport, and be able to pay a program fee (min R12500) plus a R4000 visa application fee.
