Private chefs, junior chefs, and kitchen hands prepare and serve meals for private dining events of 1–40 guests. Responsibilities include menu execution, food preparation, kitchen management, plating, service, cleaning, food safety, and professional guest interaction. Team members must be reliable, flexible, Cape Town based, available on-call, and able to travel to event locations. Head chefs lead kitchens and teams, while junior chefs and kitchen hands support preparation and service according to their experience level.

Three-month creative internship supporting production of a cinematic science-fiction motion graphic novel. Interns may contribute to illustration, concept art, storyboarding, comic-book layouts, 2D animation, motion design, character animation, compositing, and editing. The role seeks emerging creatives with strong instincts, discipline, and willingness to learn. Applicants must submit an introduction, CV, portfolio or showreel, and identify their preferred creative area. A modest monthly stipend is provided.

Make outbound sales calls to corporate, non-profit, and government clients to generate conferencing leads. Research prospects, qualify opportunities, and hand off leads to the conferencing sales team. Maintain professional phone etiquette and represent the hotel.
