The ICT Account Manager will build relationships, manage technical deployments, resolve issues, and ensure data security while liaising between departments and clients.

Identify recurring issues and feedback, improve support processes and knowledge resources, share guidance with colleagues, and contribute to initiatives that enhance products and customer experience.

Serve as the standalone legal expert for a technology group, advising on corporate governance, commercial contracts, privacy, employment, regulatory compliance, risk, and disputes. Draft and negotiate complex global SaaS, licensing, and partnership agreements; manage the CLM system; build contract playbooks; train sales teams; implement safe AI-enabled legal processes; and coordinate with external counsel. The role partners closely with leadership and internal teams across HR, Information Security, Finance, and Product.

Manage day-to-day digital marketing for Evouchers and FundingConnect across paid search/social, SEO, email automation, landing pages and analytics. Build campaigns, optimise performance, maintain CRM workflows, implement conversion tracking, produce insights reports, and collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to drive lead generation and pipeline.

Apprenticeship role providing first-line technical and customer support for Wonde's ed‑tech platform. Use Zendesk to log and resolve integration queries, arrange appointments, complete integrations, troubleshoot issues by phone/video/email, and perform administrative duties while completing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship and EPA preparation.
