Manage the full sales cycle for education technology products, from enquiry and qualification through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, identify customer needs, grow pipeline, coordinate client handovers, maintain accurate CRM data, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role also supports sales process improvements and develops consultative selling, market knowledge, and commercial expertise.

Serve as the standalone legal expert for a technology group, advising on corporate governance, commercial contracts, privacy, employment, regulatory compliance, risk, and disputes. Draft and negotiate complex global SaaS, licensing, and partnership agreements; manage the CLM system; build contract playbooks; train sales teams; implement safe AI-enabled legal processes; and coordinate with external counsel. The role partners closely with leadership and internal teams across HR, Information Security, Finance, and Product.
