The ICT Account Manager will build relationships, manage technical deployments, resolve issues, and ensure data security while liaising between departments and clients.

Develop new business across South African schools and education partners by prospecting, building relationships, presenting product demonstrations, managing sales opportunities, and supporting onboarding and implementation. The role also manages existing customer relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, represents Wonde at industry events, and shares market feedback to support regional growth.

Provide responsive customer support across Evouchers and FundingConnect via Zendesk, email, and phone. Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution, investigate problems, collaborate with internal teams, and build trusted customer relationships. Identify recurring issues and feedback, improve support processes and knowledge resources, share guidance with colleagues, and contribute to initiatives that enhance products and customer experience.
