Coordinate with service advisors, body shop personnel, clients, and sales staff. Prepare loaner contracts, collect driver and insurance information, process toll and damage charges, track vehicle availability, coordinate repairs and deductibles, and arrange client pickup times.

Manage the dealership F&I department: explain financing options, secure lender financing, sell F&I products, ensure legal compliance, collaborate with sales, and drive profitability while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Manage daily tag and title operations, prepare and process DMV paperwork, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve title and lien issues, liaise with sales/finance/service, support audits, train clerks, and maintain detailed filing and transaction records.
