Provides front-line technical support through phone, email, and chat; triages and resolves tickets within SLA targets; troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, VPN, printer, and remote desktop issues; documents resolutions; escalates complex or recurring problems; updates knowledge resources; and participates in training, projects, and on-call support.

Provide Level 3 escalation and advanced support for client and internal IT systems. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, develop and document solutions, support projects and key accounts, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and clients to maintain system reliability.

Lead fundraising strategy and execution, manage a portfolio of major donors, cultivate corporate and foundation partnerships, run annual giving campaigns, track fundraising performance, steward sponsors, use donor CRM, and work with the CEO and Board to grow philanthropic support across the Phoenix area.

Maintain a secure, reliable IT environment for ~50 employees: administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Hybrid AD, Azure and AWS resources; manage Windows, Linux, Mac devices and servers; support day-to-day user hardware/software issues; administer networking, firewalls, EDR, MFA and SaaS phone/apps; assist cybersecurity awareness and AI governance; identify automation and security improvements; partner with leadership on technology initiatives.
