Drive new business into targeted mid-market accounts by prospecting, building C-level relationships, positioning managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance solutions, managing pipeline and CRM, leading discovery and contract negotiations, partnering with solutions engineering and customer success, and expanding accounts through strategic planning.

Support attorneys on complex construction defect litigation: manage deadlines, prepare and organize pleadings and case files, coordinate experts, and maintain matters in Clio and firm systems to keep cases moving efficiently.

Lead fundraising strategy and execution, manage a portfolio of major donors, cultivate corporate and foundation partnerships, run annual giving campaigns, track fundraising performance, steward sponsors, use donor CRM, and work with the CEO and Board to grow philanthropic support across the Phoenix area.

Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve tickets within SLA; perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (AD, Group Policy, RDP, VPN, printers); escalate complex issues; document resolutions; participate in training, projects, and on-call rotations including after-hours as needed.

Provide advanced network support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deploy/upgrade client network infrastructure. Perform implementations, migrations, testing, and documentation; collaborate with project teams and clients; mentor junior engineers and transition stabilized projects to NOC/Help Desk.

Provide Level 3 escalation and advanced support for client and internal IT systems. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, develop and document solutions, support projects and key accounts, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and clients to maintain system reliability.

Maintain a secure, reliable IT environment for ~50 employees: administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Hybrid AD, Azure and AWS resources; manage Windows, Linux, Mac devices and servers; support day-to-day user hardware/software issues; administer networking, firewalls, EDR, MFA and SaaS phone/apps; assist cybersecurity awareness and AI governance; identify automation and security improvements; partner with leadership on technology initiatives.
