The Accounts Payable Associate manages vendor invoice entry, general ledger coding, payment coordination, invoice approvals, cash reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support. The role also prepares vendor spending and fixed asset analyses, reviews customer machine returns, and partners with FP&A to compare monthly results against budgets and prior periods.

Maintains and improves embedded firmware and electronics for connected beverage machines in production and the field. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and firmware failures, implementing corrective actions, debugging microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms, supporting board-level changes, managing component obsolescence and second sourcing, improving manufacturing tests and yields, and collaborating with quality, software, supply chain, and contract manufacturers. The role also supports regulatory compliance, documentation, fleet reliability, and field troubleshooting.

Leads Bevi’s hardware quality engineering organization, including team building, quality strategy, supplier quality, NPI launch readiness, reliability, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and field performance. Partners with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leaders to establish scalable quality systems and improve product reliability across electromechanical consumer products. Requires 10+ years of hardware quality or reliability experience, team leadership, and up to 30% travel.
