Drive new business and expand Bevi’s customer base through prospecting, product demonstrations, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. Manage leads through closing, analyze markets and competitors, collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role serves offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses, requiring local visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Troubleshoot Bevi beverage machines for direct and partner customers through phone and email. Provide installation, maintenance, warranty, contract, and system-use guidance; manage tickets, RMAs, and service scheduling; identify upsell opportunities; and communicate customer feedback, ticket trends, and process improvement recommendations to internal teams and engineering.

Provides phone and email technical support for Bevi beverage machines, troubleshooting routine and non-routine issues, guiding installations and maintenance, answering warranty and contract questions, initiating part RMAs, and scheduling service calls. The role also identifies customer opportunities, routes sales leads, manages tickets, analyzes trends, and recommends process improvements to internal teams and engineering stakeholders.
