Design, build, and own the full data platform (ingestion, modeling, CI/CD, orchestration, observability, and BI). Implement streaming and batch pipelines for IoT data, enable governed self-service, enforce data governance/privacy/security, evolve AI access patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready analytics and ML capabilities.

Lead go-to-market execution for new product introductions and channel strategies. Coordinate cross-functional commercial readiness, support sales events, track NPI timelines, gather field intelligence, and help implement partner programs, pricing support, and launch communications to drive commercial adoption.

Partner with cross-functional teams to manage requirements, roadmaps, and SDLC for enterprise applications. Produce requirements, process diagrams, QA/UAT, perform system configuration/integrations, and deliver ERP/WMS/CRM improvements that boost efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with vendors, 3PLs, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.
