Provide psychological services and behavior assessments for assigned clients, develop and monitor behavior management plans, track psychotropic medication effects, attend psychiatry appointments, teach behavior/aggression classes, deliver staff in‑services, serve on Human Rights/Behavior Management committees, and maintain client records and support for emotional or adjustment issues.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), lead open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), support talent acquisition and onboarding, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with federal and Illinois leave laws and CBA provisions.
