Facilitates in-person and virtual employee training for a residential care organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinates training schedules and logistics, manages LMS accounts and confidential records, tracks certifications, audits documentation, submits regulatory packets, and produces completion reports. Serves as the primary training contact for new employees, verifies timesheets, conducts in-services, maintains CPR and safety certifications, and identifies opportunities to improve training programs and compliance.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), lead open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), support talent acquisition and onboarding, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with federal and Illinois leave laws and CBA provisions.

Provide psychological services and behavior assessments for assigned clients, develop and monitor behavior management plans, track psychotropic medication effects, attend psychiatry appointments, teach behavior/aggression classes, deliver staff in‑services, serve on Human Rights/Behavior Management committees, and maintain client records and support for emotional or adjustment issues.
