Manages Bethany College’s day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, student employment, personnel records, compliance, leave administration, employee relations, and reporting. The role supports supervisors and employees, maintains confidential records, coordinates training and benefits processes, and improves HR procedures. It requires independent judgment, strong organization, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

Provides collaborative piano accompaniment for vocal and choral lessons, rehearsals, recitals, auditions, juries, opera and musical theatre productions, chapel services, and special events. Supports student recruitment, competitions, master classes, guest artists, and Messiah Festival activities. The role requires strong sight-reading, vocal repertoire knowledge, collaboration, communication, organization, and occasional evening, weekend, and event travel.
