Oversees clinical services provided by Children's Mobile Crisis Team staff, ensuring quality, timely casework and compliance with clinical guidelines and agency policies. Provides orientation, training, clinical supervision, program development, inter-agency coordination, crisis intervention consultation, and scheduled 24/7 on-call coverage.

Develops and distributes weekly transportation schedules for a visitation program, coordinates driving assignments and schedule changes, confirms directions, and communicates with staff. Oversees vehicle maintenance and cleaning, and transports visitation program clients to approved destinations. Performs additional driving duties as assigned.

Supports the CUA team in achieving Single Case Plan objectives. Works with Case Managers to facilitate youth reunification and other permanency outcomes, while building professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintaining required documentation and clearances.

The Chief Administrative Officer provides executive oversight of administrative operations, including information technology, facilities, HIPAA compliance, and emergency preparedness. The role also leads development, communications, community impact reporting, strategic planning, and business development. Working with the CEO and executive team, the CAO drives cross-functional initiatives, organizational culture, compliance, service quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Provide community-based mental health case management for youth in crisis: stabilize, implement behavior strategies, connect families to services, model caregiver strategies, complete documentation, and coordinate with treatment team.
