Provide supportive services to Case Management and Intervention Teams to ensure children in care receive timely medical, dental, and therapeutic care per DHS guidelines and individual provider recommendations.

Provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health services serving children, adolescents, and families. Supervise licensed clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, support program development and expansion, and maintain community and referral relationships across multiple outpatient sites.

Provide in-home, school, and community crisis stabilization and ongoing support for youth. Help families navigate systems, implement behavior strategies, connect to behavioral health resources, model caregiver strategies, complete documentation, and receive clinical supervision.

Provide case management to high-risk families identified by DHS, develop parenting skills and safety plans, coordinate services with CUA team, subcontractors, and community resources, and ensure improved outcomes for children across in-home and out-of-home placements.

Provide mobile mental health case management for youth in behavioral or emotional crises. Stabilize crises, implement behavior strategies, support families navigating systems, connect to services, model caregiver strategies, document care, and receive clinical supervision while traveling across Philadelphia.

Provide clerical and logistical support for the Training Department and PECE program: schedule trainings, manage registrations and attendance records, prepare materials, maintain calendars and training platforms, handle communications with staff and families, assist presenters, support reporting and grant documentation, and deliver mission-centered customer service.

Lead evidence-based parenting education groups using the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum, facilitate parent-child interactions, prepare lesson plans, recruit and retain participants, document progress, identify participant needs for case management, maintain required certifications and de-escalation competency, and collaborate with the program coordinator.

Provide clerical support for Visitation, Permanency, and Family Foundations programs: typing, copying, faxing, mailing, data entry/auditing in the Binti system, and regular audits of foster care and adoption records including newly approved foster homes.
