Partners with engineering, technology, risk, legal, sales, finance, marketing, and product leaders to embed AI capabilities into existing product roadmaps. Builds an AI product team, evaluates partners, and ensures secure, explainable, auditable, and production-ready solutions for regulated financial-services workflows.

Coordinates technology infrastructure projects and operational activities across Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Product, and business teams.
