The Senior Business Analyst manages requirements, documentation, client onboarding, production issue triage, transaction and data-flow analysis, and cross-team coordination for a financial services trust platform. The role uses SQL and Snowflake to investigate processing issues and trends, maintains JIRA and Confluence artifacts, supports releases and sales activities, and coordinates with product, engineering, clients, and third-party partners. The analyst also uses AI tools for analysis and documentation while supporting, but not owning, product strategy or engineering decisions.

Lead quality engineering for customer-facing financial web applications and services. Develop test strategies, plans, and cases; build and maintain UI and API automation; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; troubleshoot defects and pipeline failures; assess root causes and quality risks; and mentor peers while improving automation standards and practices.

Designs, implements, tests, debugs, and maintains complex software solutions. Leads feature development, system architecture, code reviews, testing strategies, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Provides technical leadership, mentors less experienced engineers, coordinates with product and project teams, influences technical decisions, and supports project planning and estimation.
