Own quality strategy and test coverage for life insurance underwriting decisioning. Design complex scenarios, validate rules engines and risk classifications, translate underwriting requirements into acceptance criteria, build automated API and data checks, investigate production discrepancies, and serve as the organization’s authority on underwriting correctness.

Provides customer and agent support for life insurance policy administration, including policy changes, loan processing, disbursements, claims-related requests, communications, reporting, and records maintenance. The role responds to inquiries across multiple channels, ensures regulatory and company-policy compliance, supports audits, maintains procedures, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with underwriting, claims, finance, engineering, and customer care teams on operational initiatives.

Own relationships, health, retention, and growth for enterprise carrier customers. Responsibilities include executive business reviews, performance reporting, escalation management, roadmap alignment, expansion opportunities, compliance documentation, audit responses, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Compliance, and Sales. The role also mentors Customer Success Associates and requires travel for solution workshops, leadership events, and customer reviews.
