The role also helps train staff and promotes client engagement in behavioral health treatment.

Manages developmental disability service programs, including staff supervision, hiring, performance management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, client documentation, community partnerships, direct services, training, and program finances. Ensures services meet Oregon administrative rules, contractual obligations, safety standards, and client-centered best practices while monitoring productivity, outcomes, revenues, and expenses.

Provides recovery coaching and case management to clients with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include outreach, relapse-support calls, transportation, home visits, sober activities, referrals, group support, documentation, drug testing assistance, and coordination with treatment teams. Requires lived experience with substance use disorder, at least two years of continuous recovery, strong harm-reduction skills, crisis judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to obtain required peer-support and safety certifications.

Recovery Mentors support Substance Use Disorder clients in recovery by providing coaching, facilitating classes, and connecting them to resources. They engage in activities, transportation, and case management while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.

Recovery Mentors support adult females in recovery from substance use disorders, providing coaching, transportation, and case management services while assisting in treatment programs and maintaining documentation.

The Peer Support Specialist assists individuals with Substance Use Disorder through mentoring, support, and case management, fostering recovery skills in hospital and outpatient settings.

Provide peer-based recovery support to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders: outreach, transportation, accompaniment to appointments and sober activities, group facilitation, case management referrals, EHR documentation, UA assistance, and support for reengagement after higher-level care.
