Provide individual, group, and family mental health and substance use services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Lead and maintain a revenue integrity program across behavioral health and medical services, identifying revenue leakage, auditing documentation and coding, monitoring authorizations and denials, developing analytics and dashboards, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to optimize reimbursement, ensure payer compliance, and support corrective actions and process improvements.

Recovery Mentors support Substance Use Disorder clients in recovery by providing coaching, facilitating classes, and connecting them to resources. They engage in activities, transportation, and case management while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.

Lead and standardize front-office and centralized administrative operations across multiple outpatient sites. Supervise client services and administrative leads, manage staffing/schedules, patient access, revenue cycle support, EHR and scheduling workflows, compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, 42 CFR Part 2), safety, and facilities/fleet coordination. Partner with program directors and system departments to meet performance goals, support hiring/onboarding, drive continuous improvement, and provide operational coverage as needed.
