Provide individual, group, and family mental health and substance use services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, civil commitment investigations, and coordinate care with hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and community partners. Lead and maintain a revenue integrity program across behavioral health and medical services, identifying revenue leakage, auditing documentation and coding, monitoring authorizations and denials, developing analytics and dashboards, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to optimize reimbursement, ensure payer compliance, and support corrective actions and process improvements.

Provide nursing care in a detox/residential setting: medication administration, vitals, infection control, EHR documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary team and PCPs, and advocacy for patient outcomes while adhering to regulations and agency policies.
