Provide case management and service coordination for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: assess needs, complete eligibility and LOC documentation, develop Individual Support Plans, authorize and monitor services, coordinate with providers and agencies, complete required assessments and trainings, manage incident reporting, and support transitions while ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and program standards.

Provide individual, group, and family mental health and substance use services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, civil commitment investigations, and coordinate care with hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and community partners. Maintain EHR documentation, lead therapeutic groups, participate in training/certification for crisis work, and support high-acuity clients including ACT and restoration services.

The Mental Health Clinician I provides individual and group counseling, conducts assessments, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
