Teams at BestCare Treatment Services, Inc.

Provide individual, group, and family mental health and substance use services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, civil commitment investigations, and coordinate care with hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and community partners. Maintain EHR documentation, lead therapeutic groups, participate in training/certification for crisis work, and support high-acuity clients including ACT and restoration services.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner providing consulting on compensation, policies, performance/talent management, employee relations, training, investigations, compliance, job descriptions, pay equity analysis, reporting, and leader coaching to support workforce development and organizational goals.

Recovery Mentors support clients in recovery from substance use disorder, providing coaching, case management, transportation, and facilitating group activities. They maintain documentation and adhere to organizational guidelines while fostering a supportive environment.
