Prospects and secures commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives. Negotiates contracts and pricing, builds relationships with decision-makers, achieves revenue and profitability goals, collaborates with operations teams, delivers tires as needed, and provides exceptional customer service. Requires frequent local travel and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for the Indy and Kentuckiana markets, conducts orientations, supports training and development, advises on HR policies and employment laws, coordinates benefits and leave programs, handles employee relations and investigations, maintains Paylocity records, supports payroll and timekeeping, and contributes to engagement and culture initiatives.

Provides onsite and remote technical support across multiple company locations. Installs and maintains hardware and software, troubleshoots operating systems, connectivity, networks, and peripherals, and supports deployments and site openings. Maintains asset and support documentation, provisions user accounts, coordinates vendors, follows security policies, and assists with disaster recovery efforts. Regular travel to company locations is required.
