Creates branded digital content, training materials, videos, graphics, presentations, social media assets, and internal communications. Maintains content calendars and training libraries, supports onboarding and marketing initiatives, and collaborates with marketing teams and subject matter experts. Conducts customer experience and brand audits at company locations, evaluates store-level marketing execution, and ensures content aligns with brand standards. Supports company events and travels to locations as needed.

Provide onsite and remote end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot connectivity and basic network issues, support new site openings and equipment deployments, maintain documentation and asset inventories, assist with account provisioning and access control, coordinate vendor repairs, and participate in disaster recovery and continuity efforts. Regular travel to company locations required.
